The habit of studying the celestial bodies was born, above all, from mankind's need to understand the phenomena of nature on Earth. At that time, it was essential for human subsistence to find out the most favorable time of year for planting and harvesting food. Thus, men began to observe the sky looking for correlations between celestial events and theIt was observed that many of them were of a cyclical nature, such as the seasons, the tides, and the phases of the moon, among others.

Until then, the observation of the stars was more associated with what we know today as Astrology, in turn, is developing as a tool for self-knowledge, which, although it has no scientific proof, is based on experimentation (as is the case with Psychology) and acts to observe the relationship between the astrological cycles in the sky and how these cycles relate to beingshumans on earth.

The astronomical and astrological discoveries made throughout human history are important not only because they have changed the way we live today, but mainly because they are living knowledge, whose study is a source of inspiration and constant investigation, fueled by man's desire to know more about himself and the universe he lives in.
